EMERGENCY GATE VALVE

Emergency Gate Valve assembly

The Dual Gate valve assembly is actuated with dual valve system , powered by proportional system backed by the ON /OFF , Directional control valve .  The hydraulic system powers gates from sizes of 2000 tonnes/ Hr to 18000 Tonnes / Hr. Ross & Mount— FAM series Fail safe recovery system ensures the smooth gate closure in event of a power failure .

Pump & Pour Technology 

Ross  pour pumping is a custom build machine developed in tandem with the concrete pumps and pour conveyors . The system employs a low pressure—High capacity pump for enabling the pouring from the transit mixers to the site .
